Researcher biography

Audrey Sanzogni is a PhD student in the School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences. The aim of her research is to understand the assembly of molecules and the morphology of organic thin films at an atomic level using molecular dynamics. Organic thin films are used in organic opto-electronics, which are central to a new generation of lighting, solar cell, and display technologies. These next generation technologies combine the promise of low-cost, high efficiency, and environmentally appliances and sources of energy.
