Researcher biography
I have completed a bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering and a Masters in Nanotechnology and currently pursuing a PhD at the School of Dentistry, UQ. My focus is to optimize and enhance the bioactivity and bactericidal properties of Zr dental implants by fabricating and optimizing the topography of the Zr metal at the nanoscale level for better long term implant success. My principal supervisor is Prof. Saso Ivanovski.
