Researcher biography

Susanna Su is a PhD student at the School of Communication and Arts. She completed her master’s degree in Strategic Communication from The University of Queensland. Her present study focused on the impact COVID-19 has brought to the Chinese business community in Queensland. Susanna has been working as a communication professional at multicultural organisations, intercultural communication has always been her biggest passion. She is dedicated to studying and utilising the advantages of being multicultural brings.

Susanna’s principal advisor is Dr. Aparna Hebbani and associate advisor is Associate Professor Jane Johnston.
