Researcher biography

Nick is a PhD candidate in the school of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering. His research aims to develop techniques which will enable artificial intelligence agents to perform long term strategic decision making based on limited information in situations where multiple independent agents interact. He completed his undergraduate studies at UQ, graduating in 2017 with Bachelor degrees in electrical and computer engineering and mathematics. He has previously worked at CSIRO researching computer vision for robotics applications.

Nick's principal advisor is Dr Hanna Kurniawati.
